There are many energy stealers out there; factors that tend to suck out the life balance in all of us. There is work on weekdays and more work on weekends, budget issues and constraints, school matters, family conflicts and so on. Sometimes it probably is a great wonder how we even survive it all. But as we all know, we have to keep, with life filled with all sorts of obligations we need to cope with. We hear of people suffering too much stress to the extreme point of a nervous breakdown and we should try all options possible so as not to suffer the same fate. Surely it takes some time management and prioritizing. Some say it is in multi-tasking…but be wary, even multi-tasking is a huge energy stealer in disguise. It tends to make you lose focus and divide your attention until you become mediocre in all the hundreds of things you do and don’t get good results out of any of them. The universe recognizes the need to de-stress – at least the world wide web does, that is why there are thousands (probably millions) of posts online on how to de-stress. Alone time – relaxed and worry-free – is a must. Try the therapy of scented candle. It does not cost as much as a spa therapy will. Try just leaving one soft light in your room, chillout music on the background and a scented candleburning nearby. Priceless times.
